Nommay CX #1: Amandine Fouquenet 2nd
On the first round of the French CX Cup in Nommay, Amandine Fouquenet took the 2nd place of the event. For her CX comeback, Anaïs Morichon finished 5th.

“I’m happy with my 2nd place today, running at the front. Clara Honsinger, the US champion, was really strong. Zoe Backstedt started very strong at the beginning. I didn’t panic, I knew that there was still a long way to go. There’s a second run tomorrow, I’ll try to do better using my good performance from today.”
Anaïs Morichon
“I fought for the podium for a good part of the race. I am happy with my race today. I was a little bit stuck because I still lack a little bit of intensity. It will get better and better every weekend. For my comeback, I’m still satisfied with what I’ve done.”
