Trained at the World Cycling Centre, an institution under the aegis of the UCI, Anastasiya Kolesava likes to emphasise one word: collective! It is even her driving force. A team-mate known for her qualities and her dedication to her leaders, she also knows how to place and lead the sprinters in the best possible way in view of the massive finishes.
